Just be sure to use low glycemic sweeteners like (Stevia, Xylitol or Truvia) to avoid a rush of insulin. Remember that fat loss can not occur when there is a rush of insulin in the blood from consuming high glycemic sweeteners like honey, agave, table sugar or high fructose corn syrup. You can google how much you need of each sugar alternative to match one tablespoon of table sugar.
