Primordial Sound Meditation Instruction
"I want to thank Gabrielle at the Chopra Center for her recommendation of David as a Primordial Sound Meditation teacher.
Prior to my instruction form David. I had been meditating for about a year and a half. Mainly mantra meditation learned for Dr. Chopra on line and I loved participating in his 21 day mediation challenges. I also practiced Vipassana meditation, and still do occasionally. But, very rarely now since I have my PS mantra.
I can't say enough on the quality of David. He was an exceptional teacher and answered all my questions very well. His instruction was clear and concise. David's character is very calm, caring and compassionate.
When David gave me my mantra, it resonated very deep with me and had a very profound effect. I never experienced anything like it before.
I'm very happy that I decided to take the PMS instruction. Now I have a wonderful gift for the rest of my life. Someday I would like to become an instructor too. So I can share this wonderful gift with others.
In closing, again I want to thank Gabrielle and the Chopra center for the recommendation and beautiful experience with David.

"David Blake Jones is a superb meditation teacher. I have meditated on and off since the late 70's--more often off than on. I learned TM, paying attention to my breathing and vipassnah (sp?). Dear David, Thank you, thank you! You have introduced me to a way of meditation which in turn has had a profoundly beneficial effect on my day to day functioning. I have so much energy now.
